Empty Premises is a locally owned and managed business based in Longniddry. The partners are:

• Ken Manson, a qualified heating and plumbing engineer, with 40 years of customer focussed experience, latterly as a retailer.
  
  
• Marlyn Minto, qualified in business and human resources management, with 35 years experience as a manager in the private and public sectors, latterly in a complaint handling organisation.
