WHAT SAFEGUARDS ARE IN PLACE?

We value our reputation and integrity. We will look after your home and pets as we do our own but in the unlikely event of a problem we are fully insured.

We offer a personal service and hold Disclosure Scotland clearances. In busy periods we employ staff and they are similarly vetted.

Your keys will be securely locked away and only identified by a code, never your details.

All your personal details will be held in strict confidence.

Unless you have pets we will endeavour to visit at different times of day. Crime Prevention officers advise that irregular activity deters burglars.

We will only undertake the work we have agreed but will deal sensibly with emergencies if we are unable to contact you for authority.
