HOW DOES IT WORK IN PRACTICE?

When you contact us we will arrange a mutually convenient time to visit you. During the visit we will establish precisely what your requirements are and you will have the opportunity to meet and assess us. The list of potential services we have outlined is not exclusive. If you wish us to look after your pet we will take a detailed note of their regular routine, their feeding regime and any medication which is required. If you wish us to maintain the garden we will agree the extent of the work you require.

We will send you a written quotation, by post or email, within 24 hours. If you confirm you are happy to accept the quotation we will make the necessary arrangements to implement our agreement.

Where your requirements are for four weeks or less we will invoice you at the end of the assignment. Where your requirements are longer term we will invoice you monthly.
